House rules
- To preserve and maintain our
laid-back atmosphere we do not allow:
Persons under 5 year of age or above 60,
any bookings of pets, unless you mail in
advance.
- A booking for over 10 persons is
considered a group booking and can be
booked over the web. or to see if you
can book a group you can send an email
to booking@zebra-apartment.com
Note: Read the above carefully because in the
event of a false booking, there will be no office start nor
will there be a refund!
Reservations in general
- Reservations can only be made with a
Paypal for MasterCard or Visa
credit card. Maximum stay is 30 days.
Upon arrival you can pay with your
Paypal via credit card/ bankcard or
cash.
- You will be charged for 30% bookings
you make. Please make sure you book at
the dates of your choice. If you don't
cancel at the bookings, your credit card
will be charged as a no-show
- In case of a No-show, your credit
card is charged for the 1st night of
your stay, the rest of that booking will
be canceled
- We make every effort to accommodate
you in the dormitory size of your
choice. However, because of the nature
of our business, we may have to place
you in a different sized dormitory. As a
result the balance to be paid upon
arrival can be slightly different than
what is stated on your confirmation
- All nights of accommodation must be
paid for on arrival or no later than
21:00 hrs. the day before
Group Bookings
We consider a group to
be three apartments or more being booked in the same
city for similar dates.
Your
accommodation
All apartments are occupied as
domitory apartments and are only to be used as
temporary or holiday accommodation for you, or your
organization. They are not for use as the principal,
additional home or residence of guests; you will not be
entitled to a tenancy or an assured shorthold or assured
tenancy. No relationship of landlord and tenant is
created and no statutory security of tenure exists now
or when the period of occupation ends. If you or any
member of your party fails to vacate at the end of the
period you will be charged the appropriate accommodation
charges for the continued period of occupation. No
persons other than the guests have the right to use the
apartment.
We cannot guarantee an exact apartment
number prior to arrival.
The maximum guests in an apartment is
determined by the number of beds in the apartment. If
the maximum number is exceeded then we, or the preferred
supplier, may refuse access to the accommodation and/or
reserve the right to charge for additional apartments.
User
the person who rental the room or beds from our
apartments are not allow to re-sale the beds to some one
else or change person to use the bed or room. the extra
person will see it as illegal to stay, will charge the
extra price even they stay at the same bed.
Pricing
We reserve the right to change any rates
from time to time and the price for weekday rate and
weekend rate. Prior to the booking being confirmed
rates quoted are based on the rates prevailing at the
time but are subject to change. Once a booking has been
confirmed we will not change the rate quoted unless you
amend the booking or our cost of supplying the
accommodation changes as a result of tax changes or
currency fluctuations beyond our control. VAT is charged
at the rate in force at the time of booking.
Discount
Rate
None discount for booking via
online booking or affiliate bookings.
Reservations by Internet
- When you make a reservation on our
secure server, your card is charged a
10% deposit online, which is
nonrefundable. On the day of arrival we
will check your credit card number. If
the number is not valid for any reason,
your reservation will have to be
canceled,or you can pay cash.
- When you have made a reservation
over the internet and you wish to extend
your stay, you have to make a second,
separate reservation for the extending
date(s). If there is no online
availability on the extended dates, it
means that all our cyber beds are
booked. You can than try to extend your
stay when you arrive at the apartments
of your booking
Reservations by phone
- When you make a reservation by phone
you always need to send on email for a
confirmation from our staff or manager.
Reservations by e-mail
- When you make a reservation by
e-mail you always receive a confirmation
mail from our staff or manager.
- If you do not receive a personal
response from ours this means your
request booking has not been confirmed.
Cancellations

Notice Period
Cancellation charges relate to the date
prior to arrival when we are notified of
the cancellation and will determine the
cancellation charges incurred according
to the scale below.
These notice periods also apply to
early departure or reduction in the
number of minimum nights stay. For group
bookings the minimum notice period and
the cancellation charge per apartment,
regardless of length of stay, is the
same as for stays of 28 + nights (see
below).

Changes by Us
We do not expect to have to make any
changes to your booking however
occasionally bookings have to be changed
or cancelled or errors in information or
other details corrected and we reserve
the right to do so. If this does happen,
we will contact you by telephone or
email where reasonably possible. If a
change has to be made or your booking
has to be cancelled we will, if
possible, offer you an alternative
apartment of similar type and standard
in a similar location for the same
period. If the alternative apartment is
advertised at a lower price.
Note: Make sure you cancel all your bookings at the
right hostels! If you do not do this, you will be
charged as a no-show for all the remaining bookings.
Changes, Extensions and Cancellations
All requests for changes, extensions
and cancellations must be made in
writing directly to us. (Accordingly, if
your booking is not changed, extended or
cancelled through us you will be liable
to pay us the full amount of the
booking.)
Confirmation of your booking
- After making the reservation you
will receive an e-mail with your booking
details and confirmation . Make sure you
bring this confirmation with you to the
Zebra Apartments that you booked with;
otherwise reservation confusion will be
at your own responsibility
- If you do not receive this
confirmation from us you do not have a
booking!
Note: The Zebra Apartment Management & Staff reserve the
right to refuse accommodation to anyone
